Which is why Felicidad Residential Cleaning Services also offers maid services! There is definitely a difference between the two. A maid spends the entire day (6-8 hours) at ONE residence. Therefore, this service has a higher cost. However, with the higher costs comes added benefits:
How does our maid services program work?
We start with having a thorough and detailed conversation about your needs. Next, we establish a schedule. Our maid services can be once weekly, twice weekly, or three days weekly. This service is a month-to-month contract in which you pay for the entire month up front. You are guaranteed to have the same maid taking care of your needs week to week.
Each day that we are back to clean, we’ll provide the following services:
- Bathrooms: Cobwebs removed, dusting, floors cleaned, toilets cleaned, mirrors / chrome fixtures cleaned, shower doors cleaned, tile walls, bathtub/showers cleaned
- Sleeping Areas: Surfaces hand wiped, floors cleaned, general dusting, cobwebs removed, doors and door frames spot cleaned, bed made, floor pick up, laundry washed, dried, folded, and put away
- Living Areas: Surfaces hand wiped, cobwebs removed, doors and door frames spot cleaned, general dusting, floors cleaned, dry clean/clean curtains, clean blinds,
- Kitchen: Counter tops cleaned, the entire range hood cleaned, drip pans / glass top surfaces wiped, oven cleaned, sinks cleaned and chrome shined, fronts of all appliances cleaned, general dusting, cobwebs removed, microwave cleaned out, doors and door frames spot cleaned, dishes cleaned and put away
