General Questions

How can I get a quote?

Simply visit the Contact Us page to get in touch with us to schedule a quote.

Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?

Yes but not until you request it! Our purpose when we come check out your house isn’t to push any sales on you; we’re simply coming to do a quick assessment of your home.

Are cleaning supplies included?

YES! Felicidad Residential Cleaning Services brings all our own eco-friendly cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if there is a specific product you would like us to use please just let us know and we will be sure to use it during your cleans!

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer a range of services from weekly cleaning to one-time cleaning to move-in and move-out cleaning. You can see the different services by visiting Our Services page.

HOW MANY CLEANERS DO YOU SEND?

Only one cleaner is sent to your home at a time unless the job requires two. You will be notified if we are sending an additional cleaner, at no cost to you, ahead of your cleaning.

What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?

Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.

Scheduling Questions

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?

We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house by putting the information in your customer dashboard.

DOES MY CLEANER ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?

Depending on payment method you will be charged at different times. If you are using a credit/debit card we charge your card 24 hours before your cleaning is scheduled. If you are paying in cash or via check we typically send out the invoices a week prior to your cleaning. Payment for service is required before service is performed.
